Understand the youth of today. About YRF The Youth Research Fund (YRF) is administered by National Youth Council (NYC), the national co-ordinating body for youth affairs in Singapore. Since its inception in 1997, the YRF has been supporting issue-specific studies concerning youth that not only help us understand and stay connected with youth, but also advance our aim of nurturing World-Ready Youth and building a vibrant youth sector. Through the YRF, we hope to encourage not only youth organisations and voluntary welfare organisations to conduct their own research to better understand their clientele and enhance their programmes, but also individual researchers, especially youths doing their Project Work, honours thesis or postgraduate dissertation, to delve deeper into youth issues of the day. |
