Service
Learning (SL) to us is a platform for youths to develop
their leadership skills, attitude and character through
community service. Our SL training uses the 3H model of
Head, Heart and Hands. This approach focuses on Project
Management Skills (Head), experiencing empathy through
beneficiary's point of view (Heart) and a real, relevant
and experiential exercise (Hands) of meeting sponsors
and identifying beneficiary's needs. We have delivered
our SL training to thousands of youths from secondary
schools, junior colleges as well as organisations.
Beyond training youths, our trainers are active creators
and initiators in community projects in their daily
life.
