The Youth Leaders and Mentors Programme (YLMP) is your opportunity to powerfully alter the lives of your students and those around them. It is a unique programme to nurture leadership, and develop project management skills amongst youth as they serve the community. 

Through fun-filled and meaningful activities, ordinary youths are transformed into engaged youth with a sense of civic responsibility and a commitment to the community. The programme also empowers youth to think beyond themselves by sussing out the needs in the community and working to meet those needs. They become social entrepreneurs, project managers, mentors and facilitators.

Through this powerful formula of serving and learning, the lives of young people are enriched as they can and do make a difference in the lives of others.
