YOLDEN Moment - Physiotheraphy

“I sincerely wanted to go through OBS’ 21-Day programme”

Despite her fervent enthusiasm, Diana still had to work out certain challenges pertaining to her leave application. Realising that she’d have no days of Vacation Leave left after using them to attend the OBS 21-Day programme, Diana made the conscious effort to pump in additional work hours to earn Time-Off – allowing her to attend the programme and still able to spend time with her family.

“I want to be like you!”

Her 6-year-old son was also very excited to see her receive the LSA. Despite having to be away for 21 days without her mobile phone, her family is supportive of her decision. As a mother, it must’ve been like music to Diana’s ears when her son said he wanted to grow up and be just like her.

“I believe everyday will be different”

Exclaiming that her other group members are younger and will likely be more energetic, she shares her concerns about keeping up with them. “I must also see their level and adapt to them and not come in too strongly; I need blend in”, she quips.

“I want to be a leader who listens and accepts constructive feedback”
