Action Area: Health & Wellbeing
Health is more than staying physically well. It's about how you feel, connect and flourish every day. If you want to build a healthier, more caring community, start here.

About the Health & Wellbeing
Health & Wellbeing refers to the physical, mental, and emotional state of individuals and communities, shaped by the conditions, choices, and actions that enable people to live healthy, fulfilling lives. It goes beyond the absence of illness to how well people feel, function, and thrive day to day.
\Each person has an active role in shaping their own health and wellbeing. This includes personal lifestyle choices, access to healthcare, mental health awareness and action, and the social and environmental factors that shape health and wellbeing, including how young people can support and uplift one another as part of a caring community.
