Our Singapore Leadership Programme
Flagship four-day programme that empowers young professionals to grow as purpose-driven leaders shaping Singapore’s future.

What is OSLP?

Our Singapore Leadership Programme (OSLP) is a flagship four-day initiative that nurtures young working adults into steward leaders for Singapore—individuals with a heart to contribute meaningfully to society. The course is designed to empower participants with national perspectives and connect them to a diverse network of like-minded young professionals, government leaders, and industry experts.
Applications for 2025 are now open.
Through OSLP, participants will:
Engage in conversations with senior civil servants, corporate and people sector leaders, as well as political office holders to gain deeper understanding of Singapore’s realities, operating circumstances, complex policy decisions and trade-offs
Drive positive change through furthering the understanding of their roles as youth leaders in Singapore’s refreshed social compact, equipping them to mobilise their communities and lead ground-up initiatives that address Singapore’s future challenges
Facilitate connections between networks to harness collective strengths, forging meaningful connections across communities and collaborate more effectively towards building a shared future for Singapore
